
The restaurant serves french, malagasy and international specialties, creole and algerian plates: grilled zebu filet, coconut chicken, romazava, lemon chicken olives tagine , red chorba, hungarian goulash etc..
At the bar you can take a home made rum punch and taste one of our 17 kinds of “rhums arrangĂ©s”: rum with ginger, lychee, banana, guava, pineapple etc..
When the weather is bad and in the evening you can play games or read a book from our library near the fire place.
After a good night, well rested you can attack the breakfast buffet. Coffee, tea, chocolate, herbal tea, seasonal fruits, natural fruit juice, bread, butter, jam, honey, cheese and ramanonaka (cooked early in the morning of the fire “fataper”). You are free to eat what you want!
